UPDATE: Im sorry my friends that I have been off FB for so long. Its been about 6 weeks since I was on here every day giving my political opinions. First of all, I want to thank those of you who wrote me private messages of concern. It really meant so much to know I was missed by you. No.....I havent moved yet. Most of you probably thought that was why I was absent from FB. God I wish this move back to Virginia was over, but we havent even set a date yet. There seems to be one problem after another that has delayed us. I had a long bout of a Fibro flare that kept me in bed for a couple of weeks. The other family issue delays I wont get into, but if you believe in prayer, we could use some. My hubby and son took a second U-Haul load to VA and did some painting up there. We have most everything packed except the essentials we need to use here. The house in VA is ready enough. When the timing is right, we can get out of here. Then there will be a little more painting to this house and new carpet put in, and it will be ready to sell. So much has happened in the world since Ive not been on here. The horrible ISIS who need to be wiped off the face of the earth; the death of Robin Williams, the awful shooting of Michael Brown, and so much more in the news every day. Its enough to cause the happiest person to become depressed. Since I have been fighting depression anyway, the daily news only adds to it. I hope all of you know where I stand on all the issues. Nothing upsets me more than discrimination and its consequences. The horrendous police actions against protesters reminded me of the 60s. I am glad that the inexcusable actions of Fergerson authorities has brought the many problems faced by African Americans into the light. The Fergerson Mayor even said they didnt have a race problem. How totally stupid can people be!!!! I watched the going home service today for Michael Brown. Rev. Al Sharpton did a good job. Then I made the mistake of watching OReilly long enough to hear his criticism of Rev Al. GRRRRRRR. OReilly has been in his ivory tower too long. I think he actually believes the ignorance the spouts. Megan Kelly actually gave him some facts about the privileged Whites vs. discriminated Blacks, but Bill chose to ignore the facts. The criticism of President Obama seems to have reached a new peak. And its not just the right wing, but some on the left too. You would think that he caused all the problems in Iraq instead of the dim wit liar that preceded him. On the light side.....Breaking Bad had big wins tonight. I loved that. You can binge watch it on Netflix if you havent seen it. If something important has happened in your life, please let me know, because I havent kept up with anyone. Im going to try to do better and check in every day, but I wont be able to read and respond to everyones posts like I use to. I just dont have the energy with this damn Fibromyalgia Chronic Fatigue. Ive missed you all!!
