UPDATE: Its been a while! First of all, Ill tell about my near heart attack (so-to-speak) yesterday. He had blood drawn on Tues., doc said they should have the results on Thurs. I called yesterday aft. to let them know I was going to go and pick up a copy of the report. I went in, got the papers, went back to the car, opened it up and it said, White Cell count: 130,000!!! (105,000 on Sept. 28th) My heart sank! I didnt tell him what it said--I just said Id have to wait until we got home and compare it to the others to be sure. When we got home, I looked over it more closely and discovered they had given me the report from Sept. 23rd!!! SO, I called back today and asked them to fax me the one from THIS week--are you ready for this??? White Cell count: 6.3 thousand!!! NORMAL!!! His platelets, red cell count, and hemoglobin are all low, but that is pretty easily remedied! We serve a wonderful, magnificent, awesome, loving, caring, healing God!!! And we cant thank you all enough for all your prayers!!! He does have some side effects from the medication--fatigue and mental fog, so please keep him still in your prayers!
