UPDATE ON AL Wednesday p.m. the vet found that Als liver values had gone up some from the day before and they will be giving him many units of IV fluids to flush out whatever is causing the higher, than normal, values and what had caused the blood in the urine Tuesday morning. He also had extremely watering diarrhea during Tuesday night so they again ran a test that we ran, just in case, and it was negative meaning it is not a virus causing this problem. She feels that on his last journey running away from his doghouse (I surely cant call what he had a home) that he came across something very disgusting and ate a lot of it. He does not care to eat yet which is good because the vet wants his intestines to heal and flush out as well. They will probably run more blood work tomorrow and see if what we are doing is working, paws crossed everyone.
