UPDATE ON ANIMAL CRUELTY VIDEO- Tortoise burned and tortured There names are Danielle Susan Dionne, and Jennifer Emoke Greene, and Id like to see their names go as viral as the video of their torture of this poor animal. Theyve been charged with felony cruelty to animals and I truly hope this puts a permanent stain on their name and their family that follows them for the rest of their miserable lives. The two teenage girls responsible for the torturing a gopher tortoise have been arrested after the video they made went viral leading to their arrest. They were also charged with a second-degree misdemeanor: taking, harassing, harming or killing a gopher tortoise. State Attorney Angela Corey said, “We are committed to fully prosecuting those responsible for the torture and death of this vulnerable and threatened species.” We can only hope that they receive the maximum penalty under law and continued maximum media coverage of this horrific crime. #AnimalCruelty #Florida #Conservation #Tortoise #GopherTortoise #ClayCounty #Tip #BreakingNews #News
