UPDATE ON Miss Marley, She has been to the vets today to see Katie her own vet. She has gained a pound in weight which is excellent and the abscess seems to have moved further down from the eye to the nose /lip area. which is better for her as her eye is not weeping so much now, it also seems slightly different in the feel of it. She still has a way to go as we hope the penicillin will penetrate the abscess to kill off the bacteria. (We still cannot drain it). At the moment though we are pleased with her progress as she is still eating and pooping well. She will continue on meds and pain relief and be monitored each week x
