UPDATE ON SCOTT (from my parents) We went to Maryville for our weekly visit with Scott and he seemed to be more up beat today. We talked quite a bit and then we took him down to get on the bicycle. We were told that the motor was broken, but Scott wanted to try it anyway. He rode the bicycle for 20 minutes using both legs. We were so proud of him for trying it, much less succeeding. I spoke to the Administrator of the Nursing Home and the Head Nurse about our concerns about Scotts care and came out of the meeting feeling much better. I also spoke to the therapist about Scott being able to get in the car on the slide board, so we will be working on that next week Monday when we come down. We left today feeling much better and I hope my meeting will bring about a change. Please pray that Scott will continue to improve.
