He might have to have the large wound debrided at some point. Surgeon + Tom = PARANOIA!!!! He assumes that all surgeons want to take his leg off when they just want to take off the dead tissue. I told him that I approve of the debridement and NO MORE! He had a bad memory from another surgeon years ago that wanted to amputate.... But, he did get some good news.
