****UPDATE**** Okay, sorry this is so late...... First thing Friday morning I recieved a phone call from the NLVPD officer assigned to the task force handling our case. He, along with a detective from LVMPD, are working the case together as there are technically two crimes that took place in both jurisdictions. They have in fact secured the surveillance video from Costco and will be seeking any other footage they can from that shopping center. We will be meeting with them on Wednesday to go over some of the info we collected from neighbors, the night the car was recovered with Boo inside. They ARE actively working the case and I have sent detailed info regarding the softball equipment that was taken from the car so they can try and hunt those down as well. If they (suspects)tried to pawn that stuff we may be able to catch them that way. I KNOW that a lot of you are itching to help find these people.....I know I am! After we meet with law enforcement and have a better idea of what we can do to help the investigation, I will let everyone know!! We have been instructed to withhold the description of the suspects at this time as they want to prevent them from fleeing. Its easier to catch them in a sneaky fashion. Once the investigation reaches a certain point we will be doing a follow-up press release. TOTALLY frustrating, to sit back and wait, but it is what we HAVE to do at this time! Thank you everyone for your continued support through ALL of this!! It truly means the world to us! Right now, the most important thing we need from everyone is to continue sharing Boos story and keep the awareness of her tragic death alive!! Please keep positive and send lots of prayers out that we may find these people that murdered our sweet baby girl!
