UPDATE!!! PLEASE READ, TAG, & SHARE!!! FIRESTORM RELIEF FUNDRAISING EVENT In regards to the Fundraising Event Ive been discussing, I received a phone call yesterday from the GM of Town Toyota Center about possible dates, and what its going to take to secure usage of the Venue. I am not going to release any details about pricing, etc.....but I will say that I am going to be working on securing funds for the initial overhead needed to move forward. The dates I was given are tentative, and reliant on several variables, but this is what I was told: October 11th, is a pending date, waiting on people to sign contract, if they dont sign I have the ability to book it. Next available date(I am aiming for weekends), is on November 15th. I know October and November seem like a long ways away, but in reality, it gives more time to plan accordingly and make this as successful as possible. The Goal is to raise as much money and food as possible to donate to the countless families that have had their lives devastated by this firestorm. Recovering and rebuilding is going to take years, so October or November is not going to be a bad time to do this. In fact, its a good time to help these families prepare for the upcoming Fall & Winter Seasons. I will implement a Warm Clothing/Food Drive in addition to the Fundraising Event itself, in which you will receive discounted ticket prices for bringing in a certain amount of Warm Clothes/Food Items. This will be a Mixed Genre Show; Country, Rock, Blues, Folk, and Acoustic. I am working on bringing out a Major/Current Country Act for the Headliner, then bringing out Local/Semi-Local/Up and Coming Acts/Bands to fill the rest of the Genres. If you have a band and would like to donate your time to play for this cause, or if you know somebody with a band that would like to play for this cause, or if you have a lead to any connections to BIG names that you think would like to make an appearance for the cause, please send me a message on here, or you can reach me on my Phone or Email.
