* UPDATE / Statement from Wall Twp Police * Theft from Residence – Arrest Collingwood Theft Arrest / 1 Subject Still Wanted October 2, 2013 On Wednesday, October 02, 2013 at approximately 1141 hours, members of the Wall Township Police Department responded to the area of the Collingwood Circle for a reported theft of an undisclosed amount of cash. As patrols were responding to the area it was reported that one of the accused brandished a knife and was last seen running toward the Mews at Collingwood Park. Keith Moore, 43, of 1411 Justin Circle was arrested as a result of the investigation. He was charged with third degree conspiracy to commit burglary, fourth degree conspiracy to commit theft, third degree terroristic threats, fourth degree unlawful possession of a weapon (knife) and fourth degree obstruction. Moore is being held in the Monmouth County Correctional Institute, Freehold Township, on $23,000 bail with no option to post 10 percent, as set by Wall Township Municipal Court Judge Joseph Defino. Latoya Selena Council, 31, of 1411 Justin Circle was identified as a co-defendant. She was charged with third degree burglary and fourth degree theft and is currently wanted out of Wall Township. The case is being investigated by Wall Township Detective Daniel Mason, of the Detective Bureau.
