UPDATE: 🌈Sweet Bonnie crossed the Rainbow Bridge on 1/23/2015 - Deer Creek Animal Hospital is deeply saddened with the loss. Unfortunately her neurologic condition worsened considerably overnight, and her organs started shutting down. She had quit eating, drinking or responding in any way. Our doctors felt that she was suffering, and there was nothing more we could do to save this beautiful old girl. Know that she was loved and cared for by our staff up until her very last moment. We wish to thank each and every one of you for your amazing compassion and support, and know that we grieve with your community who cared so much for this old girl. Update on Aussie in Conifer. Bonnie is stable. No broken bones. May have neurological issues. Not certain. could be effects of severe exposure and emaciation. she is better then when brought in. But she is receiving IV fluids and constant care in ICU. She can stand with assistance and is responsive but is medicated. She had been out in the elements for some time, possibly weeks. She needs more care and monitoring as the vet seeks info on her owners. Please considering donating directly to Deer Creek in Bonnies name. They are not in a hurry to move her as she is still weak. There is a rescue who is willing to sponsor her and a local foster who is in touch with the rescue. I know she is going to remain in good hands. Of course everyone will still keep looking for her owners. I will keep everyone updated! Please dont call Liz unless you are the owner. :)
