UPDATE: Thank you all for words of encouragement and concern regarding my issue with my water damaged home. I am very fortunate that the whole 1st Floor of my home will be replaced. Kitchen, Bathroom, Family Room, Bedroom, Laundry, etc. Unfortunate part is that the remediation and remodel will take 2 - 3 months. Fortunate that they will cover accommodations at local Condo. Just tryin to stay Centered - didnt help to return to work with 412 E-mails waiting for me - little overwhelmed but this is the amazing way life exposes itself sometimes :)
