UPDATE: The CHP says Corrine Truhe, 34, has been arrested following last nights wreck on Highway 99 south of Eaton Road. Investigators say she was intoxicated when she ran into a pick-up truck in front of her, causing it to flip in the median, and slowing for more than an hour. Both Truhe and the other driver were hospitalized with non life-threatening injuries. This is cell phone video from the scene. Well have more details coming up on Action News Now at 5...
