UPDATE: The Judges on the 10th Circuit Court who will hear the Amendment3 case have been announced! Paul Kelly, Carlos Lucero and Jerome Holmes. Kelly was nominated by Bush Sr. in 92. Lucero was nominated by Clinton in 95. Holmes was nominated in Bush Jr. UPDATE: Holmes was one of the 10th Circuit judges who heard Utahs multiple failed attempts to get an emergency stay put in place on Judge Shelbys ruling. He denied the stay(s). Ill continue to update this post with their histories as I find them (unless Scott McCoy has any background he can share)
