UPDATE!!! The Southbridge Police Department and the Massachusetts State Police would like the public’s assistance in locating Gregory Lewis DOB: 02/05/1988. He is approx. 6 feet 2 inches tall weighing 270 lbs. A Caucasian male with brown eyes and brown hair. Lewis has arrest warrants for the crimes of home invasion, kidnapping, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and rape of a child. Lewis is considered armed and dangerous and is believed to be in possession of a 9MM handgun, a baton, and handcuffs. Lewis has made suicidal threats to harm himself and others. Lewis has been on the run since September 15, 2014 when he cut off his mandated court ordered GPS ankle bracelet. Lewis fled from Massachusetts and was reported to be seen in Kentucky. On September 25, 2014 Greg Lewis returned to his residence in Southbridge, MA and seriously assaulted a family member. The family member was tied up and handcuffed to prevent police from being called. Lewis then armed himself with a handgun and left the residence. He is believed to still be travelling in a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee color blue, Massachusetts registration 85GF63 (plates may be concealed or changed). LEWIS is also facing charges in Charlotte, North Carolina where he kidnapped, robbed and assaulted a female on September 23, 2014. Authorities in both states are in contact and working together on these incidents.
