UPDATE Threat has reduced - Bushfire Adivice message issued 12.54 cfs.sa.gov.au/custom/criimson/1085614.html Previous message: Hope Gap - BUSHFIRE Watch and Act 12.38 Between Snowtown and Redhill near Augusta Highway. CFS advises that a bushfire at Hope Gap near Burnsfield Road and Augusta Highway may threaten your safety. The HOPE GAP fire is travelling in a Easterly direction with crews controlling the front of this fire, the southern & northern parameters of this fire are not secure and we may see the fire spread in the direction towards Keechs Rd to the North and Burnsfield Rd to the South. The uncontrolled fire is burning in Scrub and conditions are continually changing. Check and follow your Bushfire Survival Plan and prepare for a bushfire in your area. If your plan is to leave or you are not prepared, leaving early is the safest option. Only leave if the path is clear to a safe place. You should not enter this area as the roads may not be safe.
