UPDATE: Today, Zack went to the ENT and his base-line hearing test - TopicsExpress

UPDATE: Today, Zack went to the ENT and his base-line hearing test showed that the hearing in left ear (the ear he was deaf in for over two months) scored in the normal range - praise God! He isnt out of the woods yet (the hearing in his right ear is still below average as well), but this is an encouraging sign that he may not have a leak and may not have to have surgery on his skull. In a couple of weeks, we will have a better idea of if he needs surgery or not because he will be visiting the neurosurgeon again. Pray for healing and for wisdom for Zack and my parents that they may know what to do if they happen to face the decision on whether or not to proceed with a hearing aides, a spinal tap, and/or surgery on a later date. This past weekend, we travelled as a family to Detroit to see my cousin, Jessica, get married. My Uncle Mark and his four boys also travelled there from Atlanta. On Sunday, they were wearing their Pray For Zack shirts and the hotel staff asked what it meant and were very touched by the story. Then, after arriving home in Atlanta, my uncle went to the grocery store where the cashier asked what it meant and stopped the line at her register so that she could pray out loud for Zack and praising God. It is amazing to see Zacks testimony so deeply affect people, even when he doesnt have to tell it. SAVE THE DATE: if you are reading this, telling someone about this, visited us in the hospital, prayed for for our family, or have had us in your thoughts at all within these past few months, come out to the Quail Barn on November 8th for a party in honor of Zack, all of you for your amazing support, and Gods supernatural healing. Everyone has been so great to us through this trying time, so EVERYONE is invited. We really hope to see you there. Keep up outside of Facebook here: carepages/carepages/pray4Zack
