UPDATE: Unfortunately I was told today, that while Lisas organs are not failing yet, it is only a very short amount of time before they will start. I cant put it any other way....unfortunately, and it kills me to even have to type this, but if you are intending on visiting with her....NOW is the time. This is directly from the nurse practitioner who takes care of Lisa. This is what we did while she was awake today....such a beautiful time just the two of us! Also, some beautiful flowers from a great friend of mine, Bonnie Dove, from high school! Unfortunately, they suggested that we not keep them in the room because of her breathing. I brought them in show them to her and read her the card, Thank you so much Bonnie!!! Sarah and Beth, one of Lisas very closest friends and her daughter, are on their way here now....Im sure that will be an amazing visit as well!
