UPDATE: We understand that some customers may have been impacted by recent site outages as a result of last week’s technical maintenance. These have been resolved and customer service functions are up and running with 100% functionality. Sellers impacted by this issue are covered by our policies and they will receive additional information regarding applicable credits in the coming days. We sincerely regret that we did not live up to the high expectations of our buyers and sellers. We are now working to put in safeguards to prevent this issue from happening again.
