UPDATE on Oreo, Maggie and Rocky.Theses babies have been through soooo much.A lady had threatened to drown them (she actually told the lady at the vets this), so they asked if we could take them in. They were very boney, and pretty weak, also had coccidia.The little grey one Heather, passed away after about 2 weeks. The remaining three had a long road ahead of them. They were little fighters, thankfully :) Alot of time, energy and money went into these little cuties.......not to mention the tears that were shed by myself and Katy. They were brought to Queensway vets for two weeks while I was at work. They received lots of TLC and were monitored until I picked them up after work. Some days they were given oxygen and fluids, they had to be hand fed as well. I thought for sure that there would only be one survivor out of the litter....it was touch and go for awhile. Oreo, Maggie and Rocky have now had their first vaccines and will be ready to go to their forever, loving home after second vaccines, in about three weeks. A HUGE and very heartfelt thank you goes out to Quuensway vets, Katy, and Caitlin for all their help with our precious little ones. WARNING - When they get adopted, I WILL cry.... happy tears of course :) Never give up hope.
