UPDATE on Serenity: She is still hurting but I think its getting better. Still getting Oxycodone every 4-6hrs but coughing less & almost off oxygen! Still hooked up almost continuously getting 5 IV antibiotics and continuous fluids. These strong IV meds are hard on her kidneys.. She is getting another glucose tolerance test Friday & might have to start insulin :-\ But if all goes well, we might make it home by wk end :-) THANK YOU ALL for your prayers!!
