UPDATE on Typhoon Rammasun (Glenda) from Director of International Assessments and Response, Paddy Durrant: It has been 72 hours since Typhoon Rammasun passed through the Luzon region in the Philippines. All Hands Volunteers has been closely monitoring damage reports that primarily center on the Albay province. At this point, the situation appears to be within the Philippines governments capacity to respond, and no call for international assistance has been made. Taking this into account, All Hands Volunteers will not deploy a team to this particular incident. Our thoughts and encouragement go out to those who have been affected by this Typhoon.
