UPDATE on the abandoned black female Labrador! What a week it has been! It all started on the 30th night at 11:30 pm ,when I received a message from a college mate-David Dsouza. He told me that his friend Anna has a Labrador in her building.After I got the required details about the dog I asked the people in and around that area if they could visit. Thank you Zarah Ruhani for confirming the message at midnight.Anyway,since it was really late and there was no foster available we made arrangements for the dog to sleep in the building for one last night. Oh and yes, Anna told me the dog had been there for more than a week. The security guards and all the people in the building have been caring for her since then. The next day I called several fosters but no one could keep her as most of them were full also she had mange so she could possible give it to the other dogs shes in contact with. Anyway I managed to find a foster in Borivli.We arranged for an ambulance and it was decided that I would go there to give her the required treatment-however it didnt turn out as planned. The guy who would foster her was already fostering 6 Indian breed puppies and she could pass the mange to them. So anyway,we looked for other foster homes.Got several texts and calls but didnt really go right. On the 1st of November i.e yesterday Anna got a belt for her, gave her a bath and treated her for her mange. She tried taking it to the vet but it was too late.However she gave her one last meal for the day....!Anna informed me at 7:30 am that she was missing(probably because of the crackers). It was decided that she would leave for her foster home this morning and we were so heartbroken that she wasnt around. So here it is- Thank you all who have helped me make this work. This Labrador was found and is adopted by a very kind man. Thanks for sharing the posts/ messages and helping this work right. Shes a gorgeous girl and surely deserved better.I cant thank you all enough for helping me out. Happy Diwali. God bless xx
