UPDATED!!! So shared this last night and its BLOWN UP all over. I feel important to point out according to the camera man that the OFFICER APOLOGIZED as did Redding Ca Police Chief and Mayor. Doesnt make it right and probably wouldnt have happened had there been no video. Also want to point out that the camera guy videod the situation after the officer used excessive force on the suspect. I know police have stressful job BUT they were not drafted BUT chose this career. Also the camera man is ready for this to be over as you can imagine what the feeling is like to have Redding Police force know who you are. I think this young father and husband is a hero for risking his safety for a stranger being bullied. But I just thought Id tell you details. Can you imagine the injustices done in the past prior to advent of cell phone cameras? You have a right top document public activity. My advice is be better hidden when doing so.
