The perfect candidate will: Currently reside in Houston, or surrounding area (client will not relocate) Have 3-5 years of Executive Chef experience in an upscale high volume restaurant environment Have restaurant opening experience Have experience in menu development Have experience in culinary staff hiring and training Private party, banquet and catering experience. Understand completely the financial responsibilities of managing a Kitchen.
