UPSEE 2013 Counselling Procedure : STEP 1 . UPSEE 2013 Counselling Document Verification Process : UPASEE 2013 Counselling Document Verification at any of the verification/counseling centers . • :. Candidate should report to the centers with the following documents in original & their photocopies: Admit Card, Counseling Letter, Certificate and mark sheets of qualifying exam and of high school certificate, Following certificates on format given in the brochure of UPSEE-2013: • Undertaking of medical fitness,. As per eligibility, category certificate issued by designated authority for: (a) SC/ST/OBC, (b) Physically handicapped(UPHC), (c) Armed forces (UPAF), (d) Freedom fighters (UPFF), (e)RuraIWeightage (f) Income certificate (economically weaker only) (g) Certificate for your claim under GDDA category (h) Domicile certificate, if required (i) Character certificate as required .:. Deposit an alc payee bank draft of Rs. 500.00 as counselling fee (non-refundable) drawn in favour of Finance Officer, GBTU payable at city branch of verification/counselling centre. Example: candidate going to a centre in Meerut, the draft should be in favour of Finance Officer, GBTU, Lucknow payable at Meerut. Step -2/ : UPSEE 2013 Counselling choices Filling of courses and Institutes. 1.For each course candidate has to fill the choices for branch and colleges online (website upsee.nic.in) using the one time password (OTP) issued after verification of certificates. 2. Candidates are advised to fill a sufficient number of choices, keeping in view last year’s allotment (available at upsee.nic.in)with respect to their merit position. Please note that this is the only opportunity available for the filling of choices for Institute / Branches of each course. STEP-3 : UPSEE 2013 Counselling Choice Filling After allotment of a seat, candidate should deposit a Bank draft as a part of fee of Rs. 10,000 (nonrefundable) at respective verification/counselling centre as per schedule, failing which the seat allotted will be cancelled. Draft should be drawn in favour of “Finance Officer, Gautam Buddh Technical University, Lucknow” payable at city branch of candidate’s verification/counselling centre. This fee would be adjusted towards the fee to be deposited at the time of admission to the allotted institute. STEP -IV: UPSEE 2013 Counselling Under TFW : As per the State Govt. AICTE guidelines (in Govt. aided institutions and private institutions) 5% additional seats are available under Tuition Fee Waiver scheme (TFW) for economically weaker meritorious students (annual income of Parents/Guardian less than Rs.4.50 lakhs from all sources). The TFW shall be given for the duration of course admitting in first year of B. Tech., B.Arch., BHMCT, BFAD, B. Tech (Bio-Tech).
