UPSEE | UPTU SEE 2013 Notifications Released The Gautam Budhh Technical University has released the notifications for UPSEE 2013 Exam for admission in various undergraduate and post graduate courses for the academic year of 2013. The exam will be held on 21st of April, 2013 for the Engineering Courses. The paper code for UPSEE 2013 Exam is 1 and there will be three sections in it, namely – Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics. The exam aspirants are advised to go through the eligibility criteria of UPSEE 2013 Exam given below prior applying for the exam in order to confirm their eligibility for the exam and seat allocation process: The applicant must have taken or taking the Intermediate exam of UP Board or Class XII exam or any other equivalent exam from any recognized board or university in order to be eligible for UPSEE 2013. The minimum aggregate that must be obtained in the qualifying exam by the applicants is 45% for general and OBC category candidates and 40% for the candidates of ST and SC categories. The UPSEE 2013 brochure will have the details of subject groups and qualifying exam which must be read by the candidates. The candidates who are taking the qualifying exam in the year of 2013 are also eligible for UPSEE 2013 given that they submit their result at the time of counselling and satisfy all the other criteria of eligibility. The details of admissions for NRI and Kashmiri Migrant candidates will be released later in the month of May, 2013. Such candidates need not take the entrance exam. Out of the total annual intake under UPSEE 2013 20% seats in Private Institutions will be filled on the basis of JEE Main 2013 score. Out of it, 10% will be filled by the UP Domicile Candidates as per the rules of reservation and remaining 10% will be filled by All India Merit List Candidates. The fee for UPSEE 2013 Brochure and Application Form is Rs. 1000/- for General and OBC candidates and Rs. 500/- for ST/SC and female candidates of every category. The candidates can fill the exam form online as well as offline. The students who want to fill the Online Application Forms of UPSEE 2013, have to logon to: uptu.ac.in, upsee.nic.in or mtu.ac.in – the official websites for exam and fill the online forms. The Online forms will be made available from 28th of February, 2013 at 10 am and will be available till 21st of March, 2013 10 pm. The candidates have to send the filled forms or confirmation pages at the following address by 25th of March, 2013 5 pm: Registrar (UPSEE 2013), Gautam Buddh Technical University, IET Campus, Sitapur Road, Lucknow – 226021. The Offline application forms and brochure of UPSEE 2013 will be available from 1st of March, 2013 till 21st of March, 2013 at the Mukhya Dak Ghars and Head Post Offices of UP, Dehradun & New Delhi and send the filled forms as per the deadlines mentioned above. The filled forms of UPSEE 2013 should be sent via Speed or Registered Post only as any form submission via any other means will not be acceptable.
