URGENT: Did you or did anyone you know take one or more 4 week old Pit Bull pups abandoned at Carmichael Park a few days ago? If so, please email dogs @ chako.org. A kind woman was brought one of the pups who was left behind alone in the park and that pup is now being cared for, but 4 week old pups are too young to be away from their littermates. They need to learn how to play, develop bite inhibition, etc. If you have one of the pups, please let us foster the pup for a few more weeks so they can be together. We will happily return the pup to you at the end of 8 weeks and pay for vaccinations and spay/neuter. Please spread the word.
