URGENT!!! Do any of you know how to determine the speed of a vehicle that hit your vehicle based on the amount of damage ??? My van was hit by someone I believe was driving well above the speed limit. He left an 83 foot skid mark on the pavement yet still did substantial damage when he struck the front corner of my vehicle.
