URGENT FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME SOUGHT FOR BRUCE BRUCE is a handsome, young, small (but not miniature) Jack Russell Terrier who is looking for a foster or permanent HOME. Bruce is a typical Jack Russell in that he is inquisitive and independent, but he also loves to be given attention. Bruce came into our care in the wars, underweight, with a nasty ear infection and some other minor ailments, but these are now cleared up. He was also nervous when he originally came into the shelter and has since been in foster care where he put on condition and was very well behaved. He is now much happier and more confident, but he does still have a habit of chasing his tail when nervous (he has been checked out by the vets who can find no medical reason for it). This tail chasing improved while he was in a home environment but has got worse again since he has returned to the shelter and hence our urgent appeal for a home. So he will need an owner with patience and understanding, and preferably someone who is at home most of the day. He is a dote and has an awful lot of love to give. Bruce has been neutered, wormed and vaccinated and is now waiting for a loving home. As always, a home check will be required.
