Purpose Collation and interpretation of weekly, monthly and quarterly management information on a multi-location and multi franchise basis to facilitate the decision making process to drive the performance of the stock department through implementation and management of KPIs & MI tools. Key Responsibilities Prepare management information used to drive business performance on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis which is on time and to the highest standard in terms of accuracy; Prepare and review all management information in relation to our used car supermarket site; Support the development of the automated MI and reporting pack within the stock department for all used and new car reporting; Key Attributes Willing to go the extra mile and work to tight deadlines and timescales with a can do attitude essential; Willingness to understand the numbers using a questioning approach while demonstrating commercial awareness and logical thinking; Excellent numeracy skills with strong attention to detail to ensure anything produced and distributed has been checked for accuracy; Prioritise demanding and conflicting workloads; Advanced Microsoft excel skills including Marcos; Ability to communicate with financial and non-financial stakeholders of the business on a clear and concise basis; Key team player; Passionate and ambitious individual who is looking to develop and enrich their career potential with a dynamic and fast paced organisation; Willingness to bring and share new ideas in a team environment.
