URGENT....HOUSTON, TX Pittie alert! Owner was surrendering him aware that there is sickness and no space, and he would be euthanized on the spot. It was my first time yelling at somebody surrendering at the shelter, but I went through so much with those puppies that I exploded. I got him to agree to hold the dog, Carson, for 2 more days, so that I may possibly help. Not sure why he is surrendering exactly.. I do not believe he wanted this for the dog, but he looks poor and maybe did not have a lot of options. He did look somewhat pained in his face to do so, and turned around and asked me for help before the workers came to take him to the back. I exchanged info and got this video, and told him I would do my best. I CAN NOT TAKE him. If you can help by rescuing or fostering, network, donate, share the news, etc, please do so.
