URGENT! Houston, TX We found this poor baby tonight on our feeding route. Toby is only around 6 months old and is a walking skeleton. You can count every single rib, can see his hip bones and even the outline of his bones on his legs and skull since he has literally no muscle tone. He was in the ditch next to a busy road along with two other dogs and they were trying to eat the carcass of a dog that had been dead for quite some time. In addition to being severely emaciated, he has some skin issues and possible secondary infections. He is also very dehydrated and anemic as well. There was no way we could leave this baby on the cruel streets to face a harsh death by starvation but we desperately need a foster for him. We also need donations to help with vetting. Please share!
