URGENT! Kilo, Dogo-X, arrived as a stray on June 7th. He has been in a special URI kennel for weeks with another dog and NEVER got walked. Volunteers know him to be sweet, gentle, friendly, puppy-like, abt 1 yr old, so hopeful and affectionate Paw pads show no road wear...(inside dog, in his former life?), pads were pink and soft...someone took care of him at one point. So loveable and welcoming...approx 60#, w/b neutered, vaccinated, chipped before leaving PACC. A free, vet visit is also included. (Choose from a list of providers) Now, after weeks of virtual isolation, he finds himself at risk because he is pushy and aggressive. Just a puppy, really, still has sweet puppy breath and his life is in jeopardy.... Foster or permanent home needed as SOON as possible. Transportation can be provided along with training if needed. On SUNDAY, JUNE 13th @ 2:17pm, the Rescue Coordinator advised me that, 1) Dr Wilcox has given medical clearance, 2) But, because he picked a fight with a dog, he will be placed on short term status, sna rescue. She did not say precisely when the SNA designation would be released, but, that Kilo is will be made available for adoption. Please spread the word! (4 photos)
