URGENT NOTICE Sub: Submission of End Semester Examination Form for B.E. regular and PTDP for ODD term of Academic Session 2013-14. The students who desire to take the End Semester Examination of B.E. regular and PTDP programmes of ODD term of Academic Session 2013-14 scheduled in NOVEMBER 2013 should submit the examination forms as per the following programme. The schedule for issue of examination form, payment of fee and submission of filled form is as follows: Schedule for issue of Examination Form by student section in your class room: For regular students of Second, Third and Final year BE and Failure students (Ex Students) of all branches. (one day before submission date) Schedule for Submission of Examination Form Date: 10/10/2013 to 22/10/2013 (As per detailed schedule date/time and section wise) Examination Fee: • For regular students of First, Third, Fifth and Seventh Semester BE – Rs. 2500/- • Failure students (Ex Students) of all branches – o Minimum examination fee – Rs. 500/- (for only one subject) o Fee for additional subject – Rs. 300/- • Late submission of form with fee – o Late fee Rs. 500/- (from 23/10/2013 to 25/10/2013) o Late fee Rs. 1000/- (from 26/10/2013 to 29/10/2013) Payment of Fee and submission of form: • Student should fill the form and tick the subjects in which he/she has to appear for the examination and cross the subjects in which he / she do not want to appear for examination with reason thereof. • Students should go to account section with filled examination form and submit along with required fee at account section.
