**** URGENT **** Requirement for Seibel Administrator (3+ Year)!! Siebel Position Description: The Siebel Administrator will have responsibility for the successful implementation, integration, and migration of products at a customer site from project initiation to full customer production rollout. In this capacity you will be an expert in Siebel application functionality, technology, and implementation in order to provide his/her accounts and team with a combination of technical consulting, training, and mentoring. This role is expected to be 100% hands-on technical consulting. Position Responsibilities: - Responsible for the managing, monitoring, enhancing and supporting the complex Siebel environments and applications - Installation, migration, and configuration of Siebel and other applications. Improve stability, maintainability, and security of Siebel environments. Understanding of security issues, tools and practices - Produce regular metrics for the Siebel production environment identifying trends in the performance of the environment to equate to growing risk ahead of the issue developing into a production problem - Perform all phases of maintenance, configuration and deployment including all platform and technical components; screens, views, Application Objects, Business Components, EIM, EAI, Workflow, Assignment Manager, Reporting and Server Administration including upgrades, installation, remote client, and Outlook sync. - Monitor, maintain and administer system availability and security (hardware, OS, etc.) as well as monitor and report system performance, utilization, uptime, security, etc. Performance tune the system for maximum performance including ensuring disaster recovery plans, are in place and effective. - Resolve system issues escalated by internal help desk, assist and support developers and determine upgrades and/or system requirements to support new applications, maintain current system(s) documentation. - Implement production roll out schedules and activities, relating to routine data feeds into the Siebel database i.e., data, legacy system data, etc.) and the integrity and on-going operation of Siebel interfaces. - Proactively work with Oracle/Siebel as external solution providers to stay abreast of product roadmap and future direction; recommend/plan for system upgrades and migration strategy that minimizes production risk and maximizes business benefits. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship for Jr Consultants - Report on the technical aspects of the project status - Timely technical and implementation project completion - Formulate and define technical application scope and objectives - Foster and maintain good relationships with IT colleagues Position Requirements: - Seibel Specific - 3+ years of dedicated Siebel Administration experience including installation and at least 1 Siebel upgrades is required - Hands on experience with Siebel application Administration and Development in Siebel 7.8/Siebel 8.0, Siebel Remote Clients, EAI, EIM, Siebel Tools, and Siebel Email response/communication manager - Working knowledge of Siebel application modules, multiple Siebel upgrades, database and application patching with Siebel 7.7/7.8/8.0. - Experience working with cross functional applications and infrastructure teams and implementing solutions - Experience supporting full life cycle development activities and methodology, quality assurance techniques - Working knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL - Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to express complex business concepts in technical terms. - Ability/Willingness to travel - Bachelors degree in EE, computer science, math/science or MIS/CIS is required Work Location : Abu Dhabi Time frame to join : immediate Mail CV @ ubiquityservices@gmail
