URGENT SITUATION! Palmerton/Lehighton/Jim Thorpe/Albrightsville/Carbon County/Monroe County, PA - This guy and his fiancee have been in their car since 8:30 this morning with the 2 dogs. They spent the day in the park with the dogs but now the park is closing so they are now in a parking lot. These dogs were adopted from Safe Haven, PA rescue, a very good rescue. They do NOT have a foster right now. TWO THINGS ARE NEEDED! One...can anyone help the guy and his fiance out with a cheap motel to stay for a couple of days? Two...can anyone foster the dogs for a little bit until a long term foster can be found. These dogs have never been without each other and their lives have now been turned upside down. It is obvious that these are good people and love their dogs....they stayed with the dogs. Any boarding facilities that can help out the dogs for a few days??? Come one everyone....together we can do this! Please contact Safe Haven, PA if you can foster or board these pups - both large dog and kid friendly. Owner says the dogs are afraid of small dogs so no small dogs please. If you can help out the owners with a motel for a few days please contact me via PM. Yes, both owners work but he is returning to work next week after being injured on the job and she just got laid off. Time to pay it forward people.... lets get this done....
