URGENTLY NEED : Plant Supervisor ( 1 Post ) Responsibilities Enforce safety and sanitation regulations. Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the production or processing of goods, such as inspectors, machine setters. Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals. Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions. Demonstrate equipment operations and work and safety procedures to new employees, or assign employees to experienced workers for training. Confer with management or subordinates to resolve worker problems, complaints, or grievances. Interpret specifications, job orders, and company policies and procedures for workers. Inspect and maintain all machines and tools to be readiness with safety first. Inspect the quality of concrete randomly before delivery. Inspect the equipment such as First Aids kits personal protection. Control raw material quantity in the factory. Responsible for Plant control, Maintenance, Safety, OH&S and Service. Efficiency delivery planning. To be responsible of any ad-hoc assignment. Requirements Degree holder related discipline 3 years experience with supervisory responsibility Strong sense of responsibility with good analytical skill, flexible and detail-minded Good command of both spoken and written English and Khmer Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office applications. Willing to work hard and should be flexible on timings. Salary based on experiences.
