Perform task assigned by supervisor. 2. Perform DMS Implementation to clients (FMCGs company) 3. Go on-site to clients. 4. Train clients user on how to use the new system. 5. Installing of required application to clients PCs. 6. Collecting and resolving users concerns/ issue. 7. Escalating unresolved case to suitable level of escalation. 8. Logging and tracking customer concern/request until it is closed. 9. Reports to superior for any risk/problem encountered at work on time. 10. Candidate must posses at least Bachelor/college degree of computer science/ Information Technology, Economics, Accountancy. 2. Required skills: MS Office 3. At least one (1) year of working experience in the related field. 4. Collaborative/team player, with good customer engagement skills. 5. Strong analytical ability. 6.
