URGENTLY REQUIRED 4 Sales Representatives Males & Females: Work location: Cairo Festival City 5th settlement (Hamleys store). Package: Basic Salary + Benefits + Commission. ➢ Job Duties: • Direct sales to in-house potential customers and follow up as necessary. • Build relationships to provide repeat business. • Proactively create opportunities for new business with existing customers. • Provide superior and professional customer service to clients, as expected by all FAB Concepts team members. • Work nights, weekends and holidays as assigned (i.e. work sales booths, visit potential clients). • Represent the organization at off-site community events. • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals. • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly & annual territory analyses. • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, merchandising techniques, etc. • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. ➢ Skills/Qualifications: • Commitment, personal integrity and punctuality. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Excellent customer service skills. • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which includes nights, weekends and holidays as assigned. • Ability to work as a team player. • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals. • Proficiency in basic computer software programs. • Self-Confidence, outgoing, out spoken & motivated for Sales. ➢ Requirements: • 1-3 years sales experience. (Children products is an advantage). • Computer literacy and familiarity with POS. • Living nearby 5th settlement is an advantage.
