URGENTLY REQUIRED !!! :: Construction Planner (Laem Chabang) Responsibilities: Forecast manpower levels and identify other resource clashes well ahead of time. Carry out schedule impact analysis of variation from base-scope and communicate findings to Management, Superintendents/Supervisors, PMT and other concerned parties. Indentify of potential work-front clashes both at resource and construction area. Production of planning tools to effectively communicate the fabrication plan and coordinate work groups. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering discipline, construction knowledge in area of Structural, Piping or E&I is more preferable. Minimum 5 years experience in Planning, specific experience in Construction or Oil&Gas business is more preferable. Demonstrate a logic planning mindset. Good command of English. Proactive, excellent communicator and good interpersonal skills. Able to permanently work based at Laem Chabang, Chonburi Special Skills : Skills of Primavera Program Closely liaise with Superintendents and Supervisors in each discipline to undertake weekly schedule reviews as well as review and plan current & future resource levels in order to ensure that schedule activities, logic and durations match the execution plan. Track the schedule and manpower impact of changes and variations as well as identify of critical/near critical path activities and pro-active approach to mitigate any potential delays.
