Must be able to write safety evaluation and inspection reports to a professional standard, and must be capable of thorough incident investigation and determining causal factors using root cause analysis 5. Must be knowledgeable of work permit procedures and safety procedures used in hazardous environments, and be familiar with international safety codes. 6. Must be familiar with HAZCOM and HAZMAT. Must also have experience in planning and scheduling. 7.
