US11095342: Even though I have not lost the weight I wanted to so far in this challenge(only 3 pounds so far), I now realize how food has affected all areas of my life. It is surprising how ugly I feel when I have more sugar (natural or not) than I would like or need. Or if I eat out at a restaurant. It is nice to know that I can reverse the effects of the bad foods & begin again to eat in a healthier way. I am not a quitter & I have 2 more weeks to kick butt during this challenge. I am hearing a lot of positive results with the 7 day detox & may give that a try. The best result that has come from this challenge is a huge awareness of the foods that I eat & how they affect my body, my moods, my energy level, & my attitude. I love the products & will continue taking them each & every day. I may not win the big prize that Genesis Pure is offering, but I have won the prize of a healthier lifestyle that I can pass on to my friends & family. Thanks to everyone who has encouraged me to keep on through the rough times. I am a winner!!
