USA Today High School Sports launched a new contest yesterday to determine which high school boasts the best girls sports program - the overall strength of all the individual girls programs was the criteria for inclusion in the contest. The contest begins with 255 schools, five in every state plus Washington D.C. The PUEBLO SOUTH HIGH SCHOOL girls athletic program has been nominated by USA Today to be one of the schools to represent the state of Colorado, due to its successful history in girls athletics. To be included is an honor in itself, but you can help the Colts be recognized as the Best Girls Sports Program of 2014 in Colorado by logging on to the USA Today High School Sports website and voting for Pueblo South.
