Job Description Mktg Comms Consultant-14000SP8 Global Retail Experience Manager - Premium Products As the Premium Products Global Retail Experience Manager, youll be responsible for creating consumer engagement experiences that target consumers will never forget. Focused on developing an authentic experience that strengthens the bond between consumers, their hobbies and Dells premium brands will provide consumers with the reality of what experiences are possible. The Premium Products Global Retail Experience Manager will serve as lead for the definition and architecting of retail experiences centered around Alienware and XPS target consumers. Responsibilities: · Cultivate strong end-customer relationships to aid the transformation from visitors to valued customers to brand advocate; · Develop and execute best in class in-store Alienware and XPS installations centered around delivering amazing experiences; · Develop and execute best in class in-store support and service experience centered around delivering an amazing experience; · Develop marketing strategies that best align with Alienware and XPS brands and their financial objectives; · Train and develop retail partner staff to consistently perform to Alienware and XPS standards; · Identify current and future customer requirements / trends to stay a step ahead of customer needs; · Day to day spokesperson with internal, external and media partners for programs managed. Qualifications Requirements: · Good communicator, able to drive x-functional teams to common goal · Good negotiator on Senior Business Level Technical expertise / knowledge Preferred · Take ownership of quality and timing of work · Strategic agility · Creative, constantly look for new approaches · Undergraduate degree · Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Retail role; in high-tech industry preferred.
