USC UP Diliman [USC 2013 -2014 Financial Statements] The University Student Council of the University of the Philippines – Diliman of the Term 2013 - 2014, in partnership with the UP Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants, presents the University Student Council Financial Statements for the Term Ending 30 April 2014. The financial report is presented in accordance with the USC Constitution and in substantial compliance with the presentation and reporting requirements of the University Financial Transparency Reporting Standards (UFTRS) created by the USC Finance Committee (Term 2013-2014) and the UPJPIA Accounting Services Ad Hoc.
