USMAPS Soccer Team, The USMAPS soccer team hosted Briarcliffe College on Friday, September 19th 2014. The Cadet Candidates displayed their ability to persevere through adversity by continuing to play hard even though they were losing. With this never quit attitude the USMAPS soccer team was able to score more goals in one game than they have the entire season. The highlight of the game was recruited wrestler, turned soccer player Austin Harry scoring a hat trick in his first and last collegiate soccer game. Logan Gdula and Martin Lasprilla also were threats on the offensive side of the ball each scoring one goal. Even though they did not win, the Cadet Candidates were still happy with the end result due to the effort that they put in and with the fact that they were able to come together and play as a team, rather than as individuals.
