UUMM if you dont raise your own meat this may persuade you to do so- Glad one freezer of ours is full of rabbit meat we raised and we are working on filling our second. (yes for you locals we have meat rabbits available to raise, if we should run out we know of plenty of others in and around the area that do also) And FYI the ARBA has a book out 1001 Ways To Cook Rabbit- , that should keep one busy for awhile, Being from the South, I prefer mine off the grill. And FYI Rabbit is one of the highest protein white meats avaiable :)
