Ugh! One of my biggest pet peeves is sub par customer service skills! Ive had to deal with two different people today in a business (Medical to be specific) that really need to improve on there custoner service skill! I have worked very hard to learn the things I have and I know that I have dang good customer service skills. That says a lot about me because I generally dont like people! Yet when I look for a job I cant get hired and instead have to deal with people who act like they could careless that I exsist or are just plain rude and inconsiderate! PLEASE PEOPLE! If you are gonna work with the public in customer service know how to do your job properly and act like you have some respect it and the public you deal with!!! Sorry... thats my rant for the day.
