Ugh this sucks! We werent even in the stand an hr and we had 3 does come in. Then it started to get light out and there came in like 2 or 3 freaking huge bucks! It was hard to see but it looked as if they all took off chasing the does. Then as we were sitting there I see this monster and I say to Jonathan dont move! Then as this buck walks in front of us he is telling me to shoot. But I say no Jonathan you deserve to shoot this one more than I do stand up and shoot. And he did but it was kinda a long shot and he shot high. He took off up the hill. But the arrow is still sticking out of this buck with a glowing green nock. Were both pretty bummed out. Sitting here thinking we shouldve done this, or we shouldve done that. Hes telling me I shouldve just shot. But then I wouldve felt bad. But I guess it happens and we can only hope for better luck next time. Who knows, he may find it dead later or we may even see this buck again and well know because of the glowing nock.
